Data retention and deletion
How long we keep your data and how to request deletion.
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our Services or comply with legal obligations.
Retention Periods
•Active accounts — Data is retained while your account is active
•Closed accounts — Data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where required by law
•Application data — Retained for 12 months after the position is filled
•Challenge submissions — Retained while your account is active; anonymized after closure
•Server logs — Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging
Requesting Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data:
1.Go to Settings & Privacy → Account Management
2.Click Delete My Data
3.Select which data categories to delete
4.Confirm your request

Exceptions
We may retain certain data even after deletion requests:
•Data required by law (tax records, legal proceedings)
•Anonymized data used for platform improvement
•Data in backups (automatically purged on a rolling basis)
