Thrivania offers multiple ways to discover and apply to job opportunities.
Browsing Jobs
Visit the Jobs section from your candidate dashboard to browse available positions. You can filter by:
•Job title or keywords
•Location and remote options
•Salary range
•Company
•Posted date
•Experience level
Applying Through Matches
When you receive a match notification, you can apply directly from the match card. Your AI profile is automatically attached, so employers can see your full background.
Application Process
1.Click Apply on a job listing
2.Review the pre-filled application (pulled from your profile)
3.Add any additional information or a cover note
4.Submit your application
5.Track your application status in your dashboard
Application Status
After applying, you can track your application status:
•Submitted — Your application has been received
•Reviewed — The employer has viewed your application
•Shortlisted — You've been added to the employer's shortlist
•Interview — The employer wants to interview you
•Offer — Congratulations!
•Not selected — This opportunity wasn't the right fit
You'll receive notifications when your application status changes.
Tips for Better Applications
•Apply to jobs where your match score is 70 or higher
•Add a personalized cover note when possible
•Keep your profile and resume up to date
•Complete relevant challenges to stand out
•Respond promptly to employer messages
