Match Notifications
When you receive a new match:
1.You'll get a notification (based on your notification preferences)
2.View the match details including the compatibility breakdown

Expressing interest signals to the employer that you're actively interested, which can accelerate the hiring process.
Why You Might Not See Matches
If you're not receiving matches:
•Your profile may be incomplete — check your profile completeness score
•Your preferences may be too narrow — try broadening your criteria
•You may need to update your skills — make sure your profile reflects your current abilities
•The matching algorithm needs time — new profiles may take 24-48 hours to be fully indexed
