Challenges are optional skill assessments that verify your abilities and improve your match quality. Employers can see your challenge results, giving you a competitive edge.
Finding Challenges
Navigate to your Candidate Dashboard and look for the Challenges section. Challenges are organized by:
•Category — Engineering, Design, Product, Data Science, etc.
•Difficulty — Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
•Time estimate — How long the challenge typically takes
Taking a Challenge
1.Select a challenge that matches your skills
2.Read the instructions carefully before starting
3.You'll have a set time limit once you begin
4.Submit your work before the deadline
5.Results are typically available within 24 hours
Challenge Results
After completing a challenge, you'll receive:
•A score reflecting your performance
•Feedback on your submission
•A verified skill badge on your profile (for passing scores)
Challenge results are visible to employers who view your profile, helping you stand out from other candidates.
