Thrivania gives you control over your privacy. Here's how to configure your privacy settings.
Profile Visibility
Control who can see your profile:
•Public — Anyone on or off Thrivania can view your profile
•Members only — Only signed-in Thrivania members can view your profile
•Connections only — Only your connections can view your full profile
Regardless of your setting, certain basic information (name and headline) may be visible to facilitate matching.
Email Visibility
Choose who can see your email address:
•Only you
•Your connections
•Anyone who views your profile
We recommend limiting email visibility to connections for privacy.
Search Visibility
Control whether your profile appears in:
•Thrivania search results
•External search engines (Google, etc.)
•Employer searches
Note: Turning off search visibility may reduce your matches.
Data Usage
Manage how your data is used for:
•AI matching and recommendations
•Platform improvement and analytics
•Marketing communications
