Viewing Applications
From your employer dashboard:
1.Select a job listing
2.View the list of applicants, sorted by match score
3.Click on a candidate to see their full profile
4.Review their AI-generated profile, resume, challenge results, and match breakdown
Understanding Match Scores
Each candidate's match score reflects:
•Skills alignment with your job requirements
•Experience level match
•Culture fit indicators
•Location compatibility
•Career goal alignment
Scores above 80 indicate strong alignment. Use the detailed breakdown to understand specific strengths and gaps.
Candidate Actions
For each candidate, you can:
•Shortlist — Save to your shortlist for further review
•Message — Send a direct message to the candidate
•Schedule — Set up an interview
•Pass — Remove from consideration (with optional feedback)
•Download — Export candidate information for your ATS
Comparing Candidates
Use the comparison view to evaluate multiple candidates side-by-side across key dimensions like skills, experience, and match score.
